This is a personal research notebook for organizing information on peptides and nootropics. It’s built as a static site so it’s easy to host on Neocities and edit by hand.

How to cite (simple + readable)
- Preferred: link to the paper DOI page (or PubMed entry) + note the year + study type.
- When using reviews: note “review” or “systematic review” explicitly.
- When you summarize: include a one-line “why it matters” + a limitation.
