Keep summaries, links to papers, your own observations, and “open questions.” Start with the library, then build out pages for each compound as you go.
Suggested structure for each compound
- What it is: class, origin, receptor targets (if known).
- Claim map: what people say vs. what studies actually show.
- Evidence: links to primary papers, reviews, and safety notes.
- Mechanisms (hypothesized): short, cautious, cite-heavy.
- Questions: gaps you want to research later.
